Hello, I was wondering if someone could answer my question.. I am a first time Blackberry owner (Bold 9900), but not a first time user. I have an inquiry about BBM messaging. I have my 9900 set to personal music ringtones etc for everything, and whenever I am chatting on BBM messages, whenever I get more then one BBM message at a time or I am typing a message to someone and I get another message - it sets of my ringtone HOWEVER I cannot get the ringtone to stop when that happens. The song as to play through at least once before I can turn it off. It's extremly annoying especially if I am in public that I cannot shut off my ringtone, it happens on my boyfriend's Bold 9900 as well. So I was wondering if this happens alot? How can I shut off the ringtone? It ONLY happens during multiple messages etc if I recieve one message at a time that's fine then i can shut it off. Does this happen to anyone else? Why does it make the ringtone play so that I can't turn it off? Does anyone know how to fix this or what the problem is that it won't let me shutoff the ringtone? Someone please help if they could! Thanks.
