Bold 9900 BIS no message outlook folders

I have seen some posts that review ways of synching folders. I do not seem to have these options in my menu. I do not have mail setup or something to select folders under reconciliation.Is something hiding that I can not see or is it because i see i have BIS folders? Who can help me get what i need to sync all company emails in all folders regardless of rules?

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

Folder access is a function of BES, which your company would need to provide. Via BIS, there is only Inbox access...no folders.
