Bold 9900 BLOCKED while unlocking

Hi i have BB 9900 and my stupid friend while trying to unlock the phone put wrong codes 10 times and now if i go to settings/simcard and type MEPD it shows Sim disabled but Network Blocked. I couldn't enter MEP2 :smileysad: i tried also put not supported Sim card and prompt after it boots that if i wish to unlock the device when i choose YES it seems nothing happen i cant enter the codes.. even the carrier of the device it shows invalid Sim.
I did tried the following
type MEP2 NO LUCK :smileysad:
type (alt) MEPE no luck :smileysad:

any help will highly appreciated..:smileysad:

Resetting the MEP code is something that only RIM can do.  Your carrier cannot do it and will have to give you the contact information for RIM.  Hopefully, they'll help you out by escalating your issue to RIM at no charge to you, but if you were trying to unlock a phone from their network, they may not be too willing to do so.
