I've had my Bold for just over a year. The battery has gone completely dead. An icon showing an outline of the battery with a lighting strike symbol appears on the screen when I plug it in. I need a new battery, about 3 years too early!

All i can say is "THANK YOU TO EVERYONE" who has edcuated me and made my Bold 9900 experience more wothwhile.
