Bold 9900 - Battery and memory card issue

Hello Guys,

I have two issues here with the new Bold 9900. The battery drains fast, I have tried to allow the battery to discharge itself many times but it has not changed the situation. The phone was bought brand new unopened box.

Secondly, I am unable to copy/move files (pics and music) from memory card to the internal memory of the device.I opened the files but copy or move file option is not in the options available in the menu.

Does anyone have any idea on how solve to those two issues?

Have a look at this: Maximizing Battery Life

I find it to be easier to use mass storage mode and connect my device to a pc. Then copy/paste docs and pics from device memory to your media card. There is also a setting to store your pics on the media card when you take them. Open the camera & press the menu key then scroll down to "Store Pictures" and set to "On media card."
