I am on my third bold 9900. All replaced by T-Mobile for rebooting randomly. Once in front of the T-Mobile tech.
There are no apps or after market add ons. One bold was run with a SD card, two are without. One bold was used with the blackberry case, two were in Otter Boxes.
The battery is removed @ every five weeks ( trouble shooting or need for info on the back) and at least once with the current bold it has aborted a restart, went black and rebooted!
I am Sick and Tired of dealing with the T-Mobile customer and tech service for a blackberry issues, any suggestions other than crushing the phone and starting over with a new one (non blackberry)

Hi and Welcome to the Community!
With hardware designed, built, and operated by humans, perfection is not possible...there will always be defects. With your description, that is of course much less likely...but the probability, while approaching it, can never truly reach zero.
TM is responsible for all of your formal support, and can escalate cases up to BlackBerry if necessary...there is no way to avoid that support model, for it is contractually required for all parties.
But, if you wish to try something independent of them, here is a procedure you could try to perhaps narrow down the precise causal item:
When the behavior presents, you know the culprit...the last thing you loaded.
If the behavior does not re-present, then you know that either step 1 or 2 cured it.
If the behavior presents no matter what, then you likely have a hardware level issue for which no amount of OS or software can cure...and thereby again requiring you to interact with TM for formal support.
Good luck and let us know!
