Bold 9900 Consistently Generates Error 104 Exception When Alarm Goes Off

Device info

 Your carrier: AT&T

Model info and OS version: Blackberry Bold 9900 with BB OS 7.1 (retrieved/installed via "check for updates" option.

Apps and free space

Did a battery pull fix your issue? No

Issue: Recently I've been experiencing an error 104 exception on my blackberry bold whenever the alarm attempts to go off.  I'm not sure what triggered it.  I've installed virtually all new apps (about the only custom ones I have left are twitter, yahoo IM, foursquare, google talk, and bbweather -- all of which have been on the phone for quite awhile).

I've tried a battery pull... and soft reset.  No good.

Any suggestions on how to proceed here?

Re: Bold 9900 Consistently Generates Error 104 Exception When Alarm Goes Off

Hello,

From merely "error 104", I can find nothing on point in the public KBs. Can you perhaps provide more information about exactly how that error presents, as well as the exact and complete content of the text of the message?

Thanks!
