I recently switched from the BlackBerry Pearl to the BlackBerry Bold 9900. I was able to send/receive email without any problems on my Pearl but since I switched phones I can only receive email (Outlook) on the Bold; it won't send. If I try to send I get a red x. The message status says Transaction Error: failure at service. I tried to troubleshoot using the help option but it may as well have been written in Greek. I'm not very tech savy. If anyone can walk me through fixing this problem I would greatly appreciate it. It's very frustrating having to reply all the time on an actual computer. Thanks!!!

Gotcha. Try this.. can you delete the email accounts using email setup and add them from the mobile site?
From the device, go to mobile.blackberry.com
Scroll to Communicate and click on Email.
Click on Integrate now for the email service you want to add and see if that works.

not sure why, but after selecting country, all the link you posted does it give tips and tricks, sharing ect. there is no communicate option anymore. any other ideas?
