Bold 9900 Green/Red light issues...

[ Edited ]

On the BB Bold 9900 the green light on the upper right corner of device will not turn off.  It stays on 100% of the time.  Never turns red anymore.  How do I get it back to its original state?

You may have a hardware issue.

The green LED indicates wireless (not WiFi) coverage. Try turning it off in your Options > Device > Display > Screen Display > LED Coveraage indicator. Does it go off?

If it does NOT go off, use the hardware self test for OS7 devices as described here, to help determine if you have a hardware fault.
