Bold 9900 Media Issues

The only problem I have with my BB9900 is I cannot sync pics from my BB to my Laptop. Constant message reads" A problem occured while trying to connect to your computer." Strange since desktop manager manages everything else. Please help.

Please use plain text.

Hey 1Dunane1965,

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.

To clarify can you please provide the full error message as it displays? Are you receiving "A problem occurred while trying to connect to your computer" or "A problem occurred while attempting to connect to your BlackBerry® device"

Thank you.

Hello 1Duane1965,

What version of Microsoft® Windows® are you using and do you use 64-Bit?

Thank you.
