Bold 9900 NO SOUND INCALL!

Hi, I have a bold9900 running os 7.1 bundle 2108 (v7.1.0746, platform 5.1.0.546) and there is no sound when I make a call unless I put it onto speakerphones.

I have read that this is a common problem, but I have yet to find an answer for it.

I don't have the flashlight app or any third party apps installed, and I have tryed a battery pull and reinstalling the os and wiping the phone, but nothing I have read works. So please do help, because I love my bold devices and am frustrated by this problem.

Can you take it to the store so a tech can look at it?

I bought the phone of craigslist so I don't think I have store support

The service provider may have options for you. You've done everything else we would suggest. Sounds like some kind of hardware problem
