Bold 9900 Network isues

Is it only Me or somebody else is facing issues with network stability that goes from 3G to x

and back to edge then EDGE and 3G again :No:

 

what is puzzling is that it has connectivity issues in BBM and Twitter although it is showing full signal every now and then

am afraid this might be a hradware issue

any suggestions??

Hello mshamza,

 

In this case we can try to reload the software on the BlackBerry smartphone to make sure it is running the latest version and there are no issues with the OS.

Once you have backed up your BlackBerry smartphone please follow the link below to complete a clean reload of the BlackBerry smartphone software.
