Thanks Florianb5. This sounds like I would have to have a google calendar as well as my Outlook. If you have time please tell me more.

Indeed, you will have both. But the google calendar is online and you don't even need to look at it
alternatively, it offers a good backup and should you be away from home and from phone, any computer would be able to tell you your planning. Very handy, isn't it? If you feel like doing it (it's all free anyway) :
1. create a google calendar (just google "google calendar")
2. install the sync for outlook http://support.google.com/calendar/bin/answer.py?h
3. install the google sync for blackberry by going there directly from your Blackberry browswer : m.google.com/sync
4. go to Option to configure it the way you want (if you have more than one calendar one your blackberry, you can select with which one the google one will sync to)
The whole set up should take maximum 10 minutes ![]()
that's it! you can also share your google calendar with other people, for instance my gf share part of her agenda with me because she travels a lot for her work, i can always see it or not from my blackberry. or from any computer or from my Mac calendar.
enjoy!
