New to the forum, hopefully someone can help me.
I've had the Bold 9900 for just 3 weeks now & I've got quite a serious issue (i assume).
I logged onto AppWorld this evening, was informed there was an update available so installed > reboot now.
Left the phone for a few minutes to reboot, however it just seems to be on a constant rebooting-loop!
The status bar fills, you think the phone is away to turn on, screen goes white & it all starts all over again.
I've tried to factory reset with command prompt>cd Program Files (x86)>\Common Files\Research In Motion\Apploader\loader.exe/resettofactory
but to no avail.
Can anyone give me any advise on how to fix this issue?
