My phone turn white all of a sudden and it wont turn back on. So i connect my device to my laptop and it prompt me to fix it. After fixing my device OS downloaded but after my device got rebooted then youtube got removed and also the BB protect. How can i be able to install that back. The BB protect wont download from app world because my device is not compatible then the youtube player i have no idea where i can download that. Please Help
