Bold 9900 dead, black screen, no power/lights

My phone just crashed, it won't power on. It's not even showing the red light, no power, not detected by Desktop Manager. Local repair shop said I need to replace the mainboard (circuit board), where can I get an original one online?

If the above does not help with your issue then you can try to reload the software by using force detection.

I have the same problem as well, my battery went pretty low and the phone went off. Since then it has refused to charge nor show any Red light.. It's simply out cold with a black screen.

Simillar problem..............

 

BB Bold 9900 went dead, no red LED, nothing.
The night before it went dead, I loaded SW (some GPS nav), and i remember there was some time when "Resource Monitor" indicated that the phone was running on low memory, I then chose to ignore to restart the phone for later.

It has been over two week now since my phone went dead.
I know that that is not the battery problem since I have swapped the batteries around (Bold 9720), not the charger (9720 charges - no problem), not USB cable.

I have tried plugging using the computer but nothing happens, no red LED, PC can't recognize the phone.

please help.
