I'm having an issue with one of the BBs that we manage. It's a Bold 9900 that's connected to BES. Recently the BB stopped syncing read emails on it where the user reads the emails in Outlook but emails are still marked as Unread on the BB.
I have done the following tasks in efforts to resolve the issue:
1. Configured Email Reconciliation option.
2. Reactivated the BB on BES.
3. Resent the Service Books.
4. Reset user on BES.
All the above tasks made no difference in this issue...
Please note that another user has the exact BB but doesn't have any issues and no major network changes have been done that may have interuppted the connection.
Any advice will be highly appreciated.
