Bold 9900 not recognize 3G and 4G Network

Hello, I recently unlock via MEP code a BB 9900 an everythig works fine, except it does not recognize the 3G and 4G network, even whe I select manual mode. Technical info: BB 9900 is a T-mobile, unlocked to use wit a TIGO GUATEMALA network, OS 7.1.0.284, plataform 5.1.0.230. Everythig is working great, but only on EDGE, I need to know more about, and if there is a solution for the problem. Thanks

I'm not sure this will work.  Can you contact your carrier and verify?

Yes, I contacted, they said there is not a carrier problem, because everything runs great, BB plan, etc.

From where did you unlocked the device? Go to Options > Device >Advanced System Settings > SIM card > just type 'mepd' (without quotes). Under personalization you'll find disabled beside all parameter only if the device is fully unlocked.

Tanzim, that was the way I unlock the phone, everything is disable excep NETWORK it says Inactive, could be the problem?

Might be an issue! You need to contact from where your received the MEP code.

Well I did dat everything is disabled but still I don't have 3G network just EDGE somebody help me
