Bold 9900 re booting and battery

Recently moved from curve to bold9900. Love it, except that regularly(sometimes2-3 tines a day)  closes down..and reboots itself, phone was replaced but new phone does same? Is this common issue and is there a software upgrade to fix? Also battery life poor for a business phone and much inferior to previous curve?

Re: Bold 9900 re booting and battery

I was having the same problem with the rebooting, it started happening about a month after i got the phone, at first it only did it a couple of time then it started happening like you said 2 or 3 times a day. What worked for me was an update after doing that it has only happened twice and i did the update in April. Maybe you should try that. As for the battery it is just awful, just make sure that nothing is running that is not being used, but even that i constantly have to be charging.
