It sounds to me like you got a lemon. All your memory specs are within acceptable limits so you shouldn't be having these problems.
Whenever something doesn't go right with a phone, I always recommend a battery pull at first. It sounds like you've done a few of these already so I would recommend jumping right to an OS reload. You don't even have to load a new OS, many times loading the same OS to your phone will correct problems. I don't know why and I don't question it, I just know it works.
So go ahead and plug your phone in to your PC and open BlackBerry Desktop Software. If you don't have it installed on your PC, you can find it at www.blackberry.com/desktop . Once your phone has connected to the software, click Device at the top of the software then Restore. Choose the most recent restore point and load it.
Try that and post back with your results. ![]()

1.) Try by un-installing all 3rd party apps, if not works then
2.) Take Complete Backup including internal media and perfrom a security wipe & then observe

Please go to Blackberry App World from Home screen > My World > By changing option in Top Installed or un-installed check whether these apps are showing there in any list. If it is shwoing in un-installed list then click on the app and re-install it again.
