I recently upgraded my Bold 9900 to OS 7.1 in order to use the device as a wi-fi hotspot. Since then I've noticed a couple of problems with BBerry email:
1. 'More' and 'More all' do not work. If an email is long, I can read only the first part of it;
2. Attachments can no longer be viewed. If I click on one, the Bold thinks about it for a while, then dellivers a red cross by the name of the attachment.
Any suggestions for fixing this? I would prefer not to have to go back to 7.0 if I can avoid it.

After any updates or when email goes wonky in any way, I always suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
1) Register HRT
2) Delete and Resend Service Books
3) Batt Pull Reboot
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you should try deleting and re-adding your BIS configuration for the affected email accounts. Otherwise, you should contact your mobile service provider for formal support.

What OS are you on? On your device, type in a new message MYVER and a space after to see and report back please.
I have a user that is having similar issue and is on OS 220.127.116.112
