Mine won't either. first off the batter doesn't last more than 4 hours. Then I realise the batter still goes down when the phone is off. So I take the battery out and it doesn't switch back on.
This is the worst phone I have ever had and the website doesn't offer any help at all. After looking for an hour I just fond a post with some other unlucky guy with the same phone and the same problem that is also left without help thanks Blackberry.
