Bold 9900

Please help me... Unable to switch on my bb since this morning. Anyone can help me? Try to reboot so many times but no sign of rebooting my bb and already charge it still unable to switch it on.

Please tell us what does happen on battery removal and reinsertion?

Nothing on screen, blank... No power at all. Try to reboot, reinsert and removal of battery but no reboot signal once i try to on it

Does the led blink or anything?
Leave the BlackBerry connected to OEM wall outlet charger and try again by removing and replacing the battery.

LED didn't blink at all.... Already leave & connected the BB to the wall charger but still unable to switch on. Does this problem due to the server of the BB?

No its likely due to some software failure on your BlackBerry device. Or worse, hardware.

So now would connect to a main rear USB port on your computer. Again repeat the battery removal & replacement while connected. Does your PC beep or indicate any connection?
Can you Also do this a second time with the BlackBerry desktop software running?

I also have the same problem. I was charging my phone battery and after that I discovered my phone was off (It was on at the time I started charging). However, my LED is blinking (It comes on for some 10-15 seconds and then it goes off). 

 

I tried connecting it to my computer with desktop software on. The message I am getting is that "Desktop software can not communicate with the connected device" and I am being requested to hit the retry button or the update button. With the retry button I am getting the same results but with the update, I am either being told that "no updates are available" or "An updated version of blackberry device software is available" (7.1 Bundle 1716 - v7.1.0.569, platform 5.1.0.415). However, If I try to update, it keeps on telling me that it cant continue with the update after downloading about 330 bundles).
