Bold 9900

i am driving crazy with my device. i purchased one brand new and after 3 months it died . was not able to find any service support since i have been told i had to report to line provider. I purchased in a mall and no phone provided was included . I returned to the store and they replaced it with a new one since they could not fix the previous one.

Even the second one died after 2 months and since then could not use it as i cannot report to any service support.

How can i find the official blackberry assistance?
