I updated my software to verison 7.1.0 Bundle 2123 awhile ago and since then callers cannot hear me but i can hear them. Not sure how to fix this. My carrier is Verizon and they told me they couldn't fix it either. Help please.

Since this issue started when you updated your BlackBerry Device Software, I would recommend backing up first and doing a clean reload of the software to rule out any issues with the previous installation. For further instructions, please see the following KB articles.

Please test to make sure the speaker issue has been resolved before restoring any data from your backup file. Let me know if this helps.
