Bold 9930

I have a new BB Bold 9930.  There's an issue with the USB driver.  My computer doesn't recogize my phone when it's plugged into the USB port and therefore, I can't back-up my phone with the BB Desktop Manager.  Anyone else experience this problem?

Bold 9900

hi you'all.

Hope you all doing well. I am a genuine fan of Blackberry, however i am having a major issue with my 9900. I recently upgraded my contract with vodadone from an HTC to a BB. currently away from the UK, my 9900 died a couple days ago, it won t charge, nor would it turn on. don t know what to do. i am going to be away for a month, so going down to the store and having it exchange won t be possible until i return.

could it be a battery issue or software issue? I have had it for only a month now

Has anyone even accountered this issue, if yes how did you guys deal with it???????

Thank you
