Bold -- can't sync Contact List: application net_rim_bb_phone_app(156) is not responding

I can't syncronize my Contact List.  It always stuck at certain number of the contact.  After all, the below message showed up.  Please advise how to solve it.  Thanks.

To better assist you I have some questions:

 

Are you attempting to synchronize your Contacts using the BlackBerry Desktop Software with Microsoft Outlook?

If yes, Do you have all of your contacts in Microsoft Outlook?

Dear HB,

 

In fact I've been doing this for the past few months, but somehow it stuck recently. I am trying to syn my Contact list to Lotus Notes the company corporate mail system.  It was OK, but now it's not.
