Hi and welcome to the forums!
Start the desktop manager and go to the synchronization wizard.
Uncheck all categories. Then recreate only the calendar sync.
Specify one way sync from the device to Outlook only.
Use the transfer date range options and set for days before and future.
Make sure you set conflict resolution to notify you.
Save and run the sync. Then reset the synch options for 2 way, all options.

Hi Bifocals and thank-you for getting back to me.
I got as far as the recreate the calendar sync but did not know how to specify one way only and could not see anything regarding a date range.
I feel kinda stupid but could you explain some more.

Open desktop manager and go to the sync app.
Press the grey resync button and it will reset options:
Then press configuration sync button and go through
the options as I posted.
