Booting Problem

My Bold 9790 started with JVM error 517 but now its not booting. Any help please!

Welcome to BlackBerry Support Forums

 

If desktop software is unable to detect your device or not allowing you a simple reload then to recover your device from this JVM error you can try this Knowledge Base :

 

 KB10144  : How to force the detection of the BlackBerry smartphone using Application Loader

 

Please note, this method will delete user data within that device, if you have a previous backup or using BlackBerry Protect you can restore from those backups  .

My Bold 9790 started with displaying of JVM 517, 545, 102 errors, now its not booting no more. The led light would only blink 4 times, then pause, then on and on like that. Any help please

i have tried the knowledge Base but its not working! The desktop software is saying retry and its not connecting. Please help.
