Hi,
Today I received the 3rd of the three blackberry bold 9900s that have been sent to me in the last WEEK due to hardware malfunctions of the phone. Everything with this phone seems to be working fine. However, the trackpad on the phone is so sunken in that it scrapes my thumb whenever I scroll. Is this normal? The trackpads that one the other two phones (which I still have with me, so making this comparison is easy) actually seem to standout slightly from the surface of the blackberry menu key, back button etc. I really don't want to have to send away for another one, but my thumb is sore from scrolling, and I've previous had to have my phone replaced because the trackpad has sunken and become stuck before. Should the trackpad be sunken like this on a brand new phone? Will it affect the future functions of my phone? Would sending away for a new phone again be just?
Thanks,
Lisa
