My internet browser on my Bold 9700 has always worked and I've had no trouble with it, until today. It keeps coming up with the message 'Uncaught exception: java.lang.illegalArgumentException'
safe mode: Battery pull, insert battery and when the red light goes off, hold down the back key through the entire boot process. It will give you a message about safe mode. See if you can open the browser and clear the cache, etc in the options.
do another battery pull, let it boot normally and retry the browser.
If it still doesn't work, you will have to reload your device software.
