CURSOR ISSUE

Dear Sir, I am facing issue for the tracer (Middle mouse) for scrolling. On some of screens it works and on some it freezes and i cannot use it, than hv to use touch screen. Its quite a issue and wasting  time during working and battery too. Pls guide how to make tracer work on all screens.

For example, it doent work while

(A) typing email, if i want to scroll down to see previous email.

(B) black berry messenger , scroll while scrolling  within the messages. 

 

Pls advise and help ugtly.

Wheneven you feel you cursor is strucking always perform a battery pull restart like this device POWERED ON remove the Battery wait for a min. then re-insert it back ,wait till your device takes a long reboot. See if it resolves your issue .
