Call Failed and Authorization Failure

My Blackberry Bold 9900 keeps giving me "call failed" and ''authorization failure" messages when trying to make outgoing calls. Only if I reboot the phone, the call goes through.  My network provider already replaced the first bold 9900 with the same problem but now that it is happening to the new phone, I think something else is causing the problem.

Hi & welcome to the community..!

 

Dial any number and see the signal strength on TOP right side of BlackBerry screen, share status with us.

 

There may be a issue with SIM card, so please get it checked as well.

I have been experiencing the same problem, “call failed” and ''authorization failure" with full signal strength and can only make calls, use bbm and other data required apps after turning connections off and on again.

I'm in the United Arab Emirates by the way.

The worst phone I have ever had.
