I have Blackberry Bold 9900 with T-Mobile. All incoming callers are unknown callers. I have updated and updated but still showing unknown caller.
It just suddenly stop. I was told by Tmobile it maybe the installation of Viber. Is this true? If it is, is there anything I can do to fix the problem?

Have you already tried uninstalling any recently installed 3rd party applications to see if that fixes the issue for you?
