How do I get Caller ID on my Bold to show BOTH NAME & NUMBER vs. just the number?

If you have the number stored associated with a contact for sure the number shows with the Name associated.

If you dont have stored the number you can"t see who's calling.

My list of contacts has the names and numbers, yet only the numbers show and no names under caller ID.

Did you enter your address book numbers with the prefix #1?  For example: 1-201-555-5555?  If you did, try taking the prefix out, 201-555-5555.  Cellular devices do not need the prefix when sending or receiving calls.

If is not solved with this try resetting the device taking out the battery for 30 seconds and put it again.

Goto Options, Security Options, General settings, and set Include Contacts to NO

This rectified this exact issue for me.
