Camera Flash isn't working after talking the first snap

I have a Blackberry Bold 9700 with OS 6.00.
My camera flash isn't working during talking the picture. But when I pull batterry and again place it then the is working only for the first snap. For furthure snap it isn't flashing.
Please give me a suggestion...

Generally if a battery pull doesn't correct an issue permanently, I recommend reloading the OS as the second step. Even if it doesn't correct the issue, I believe reloading the OS to your phone once every six months is a good practice to get in to.

To do this, plug your phone in to your PC and open BlackBerry Desktop Software. Click Device at the top of the software then Restore. Choose the most recent restore point and reload it.

I've followed instruction but the problem is how to reload the OS? First I took a backup of my device and then I restored it. Is this OK?
