Camera & Video Camera not working in Blackberry Touch Boldf 9900

 Hi,

 

I have purchased a new Blackberry Touch Bold 9900, i hv a problem with the camera & Video Camera it shows a message that error try again  doesnt open.

 

and also have problem with Volume of Ring tone  is very low even though setting the volume in high

Try this -

 

When you device is POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery. This make a reboot to your device which resolves minor issues with the BlackBerry device.
