While I don't see at the T-Mobile site any restriction on MicroSDHC size I don't envision that the Bold cannot handle a 16gb card.  The speed should not represent a problem (Class 4).

I am waiting for the prices to drop a bit more before I go 16gb for my Storm.

The Media Card size limitation is determined by the OS installed on the BlackBerry device.

For a chart, read this:

So, the 9700 will hold 16gb, and even 32gb when they are finally in manufacture.

A 32gb ...what a thing to have on a phone..I can load it up with a ton of music...16gb are just now beginning to become "reasonable" in price.
