Can not access my new bbm 7

i downloaded new bbm 7 and i am stuck in message saying associating bbm with your blackberry ID>

 

it is not working.

 

what can i do??please help

Hey,

 

i dont know how to send a private message.

 

i am located in Lebanon,and have blackberry service activated and been using it for ages.

 

Now after trying many times to activate bbm 7 and didnt work i reinstalled the version 6.2 to be able to chat.

 

and i am seeing the application of bbm 7 installed but cant find it anymore.

 

please help.
