Hi,

On my BBY Bold I have a big problem on the contacts.
I have 2 contact lists, an appointed principal Desktop with 120 contacts, and an unknown appointed principal with 435 contacts.
I tried several times to perform a complete backup of contacts but I only see the list of Desktop, (120 contacts), but I do not see the 435 in the list that are Unknown.

I really do not know what to do ...
The material is a BOLD 9780.
System version 6.0 Pack 2475 - (v6.0.0.546 - platform 6.6.0.207)
VODAFONE

I red on one Blackberry support that the unkown contact list and redundent one are an issue that will be fixed soon but has no solution right now.

Backup does not see the unknown contact list and makes backup only for Desktop list. Don't worry, the is another trick to backup your adress book. Just synchronise them with windows contacts using the Desktop Software > Organizer > Confugue > Associated Account "Windows"

You can then use Windows folder to Export contacts to any phone or mail softaware
