Can't access into my BlackBerry ID

I've tried to access my BlackBerry ID for over a month
but every time I get this message "Unable to login to your BlackBerry ID account"
I tried to log in with my computer and it entered but it doesn't on phone I really don't know what's the problem
can any one help me please

Please refer to this Knowledge Base regarding your issue, Also do a Backup of your device because as a last resort you may have to follow # Workaround 2  within this Knowledge Base :

 

 KB28212 "Unable to login to your BlackBerry ID account" or "Unable to update your BlackBerry ID account information" error occurs on a BlackBerry smartphone running BlackBerry 7
