Can't backup up my 9900

I am facing a problem when trying to make a backup for my Bold 9900, as it reach the point "backing up Smart Card Options", it just freeze and don't want to complete for more than an hour, i have been facing this problem for more than a month, plzzzz need help.

If you having problem during backing up  smart card option then I prefer you should try selective backup .Look at this Knowledge Base and follow the instructions : KB29522

 

So try it and see if that helps.
