Hello, after initially hooking up my email account to my blackberry and using it for 2 years, I received an email saying that I need to validate my address. I've received this before so proceeded to do so again, but this time to no avail. I tried and retried several times knowing full well what my password is. I even tried old passwords but nothing. I deleted it and started over, entered all the info such as email server, username as per the email I received and again, knowing full well what these fields should be but keep receiving the message: Cannot log in. Verify your email address, user name and password. If the error persists, contact (local server). I then get an email saying contact blackberry internet service site and cannot get in there, any suggestions as to how I can get my account reconnected to my phone?

Hi and Welcome to the Community!!
I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
1) Register HRT
2) Delete and Resend Service Books
3) Batt Pull Reboot
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you should try deleting and re-adding your BIS configuration for the affected email accounts.
Further, you can try this URL from your BB Browser:
Sometimes that can work when other methods fail.
Otherwise, you should contact your mobile service provider for formal support....they manage your BIS account for you, and there may be something wrong with your account on their end.

Apparently after two weeks of having no email and then reading other similar posts, a simple battery pull out worked!
