Can't create BIS account - the bb device is not registered

Hello

I am trying to create a BIS account at https://bis.na.blackberry.com. But it says "cannot create account, this bb device is not registered with your wireless service provider..." Then i tried to register it using "advanced options - host routing table - register now" but that didnt solve the problem.

My phone is branded by swisscom. But i am using it with sunrise. Any hints on this?
I am running:

BlackBerry® Bold 9900
7.0 Bundle 2290 (v7.0.0.540, Plattform 5.0.0.694)

I would suggest going to http://sunrise.blackberry.com to create a BlackBerry Internet Service account.

Hi, I try creating BIS in https://www.smart.blackberry.com here's the error " cannot create account, This action canno be performed using a browser to a computer, use the email setup application on your blackberry smartphone to create an account".

When I try to setup an email account it will not work because I don't have a username and password for enterprise


Also, I tried to register my host routing table but no reply received

Thank you for the private message.

 

After checking the PIN number you have provided, you currently do not have a BlackBerry® data plan.  This is why you're receiving that error.

 

Contact your network service provider to add a BlackBerry data plan that features email and you'll be able to create a BlackBerry®  Internet Service account.

Once you have a BlackBerry data plan active you can go into the host routing table and perform a registration.
