After ugrading, I cant find the icon of my app world in my main menu. I checked the application management and yet it's still there. I tried upgrading it again, reboot, then it's still not there.
I also tried deleting it in the application management, then download it again, reboot, and it still didn't work.
I can't upgrade any application in my phone right now.
Help?

Me as well facing the same problem.

So dissapoint, feel like want to throw my bb to the wall.
I have tried every possibilities that i know to get the icon back but no luck so far.
Please anyone can help, share the solution with us.

KB29422 BlackBerry App World icon is missing after upgrading to BlackBerry App World 4.0.0.63 to 4.0.0.65.
If you are trying to download the most recent version of App World then make it sure that your device OS is running versions 6.0.0.706 or higher ,to know that = Options > Device > About Device Version > first set of numbers on the third line.
If you are running a lower version then please download App World version 4.0.0.55 for that from your BlackBerry Browser browse to http://mobileapps.blackberry.com/devicesoftware/en
So please try it and let us know.

Welcome to Support Forums
Are you having any issues as you trying to downgrade the BlackBerry world version ?
You can also try installing the most recent version of BlackBerry World , to do that from your BlackBerry Browser browse to www.blackberry.com/appworld/download and install the most recent one .
Try it and let us know if you recieve any error .
