Make sure you're actually connected to Wi-Fi.  From your homescreen, go to Manage Connections>Service Status.  What does it say under BlackBerry Internet Service?

Please post back with your response.  :smileyhappy:

Re: Can't get access to Wifi, through my 9900

OK, sorry to drag out this point but I have to be sure we're on the same page.

When you have your Wi-Fi turned on, the Wi-Fi icon will appear at the top of your homescreen.  It will remain grey until you actually connect to Wi-Fi.  I need to know specifically what it says under Manage Connections>Service Status - BlackBerry Internet Service.

I just need to know that we're seeing eye to eye on this point.  :smileyhappy:

Hi there, have you re sent the service books to your blackberry device and have you registered it with the Wireless Network? (the carrier in this case refers to the wireless network)

Options > Device > Advanced System Settings > Host Routing Table (press the Blackberry Key and scroll and select Register Now).

you will need to have your email account setup for this next bit.

Access the inbox and press the Blackberry Key > Options > Email Account Management > highlight your Blackberry Email Account and press the Blackberry Key > Select Service Books > Send Service Books
