I just got a replacement phone and the only thing I can't get set back up is my email. It keeps telling me "error connecting with server". I followed the reinstall directions and got the error conecting message. I sent the service books several times before they sent but then had no service. I deleted the accounts then reinstalled and now it won't syncronize. I don't know what else to do or what I did wrong.
Given what you describe, I recommend you contact TMobile. There may well be something no their "back end" that is either not complete or not correct...and only they can look to see.
Occam's Razor nearly always applies when troubleshooting technology issues!
