Can't get email set up on replacement phone

I just got a replacement phone and the only thing I can't get set back up is my email. It keeps telling me "error connecting with server".
I followed the reinstall directions and got the error conecting message. I sent the service books several times before they sent but then had no service. I deleted the accounts then reinstalled and now it won't syncronize. I don't know what else to do or what I did wrong.

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

Given what you describe, I recommend you contact TMobile. There may well be something no their "back end" that is either not complete or not correct...and only they can look to see.
