Can't hear callers

When I initiate calls, I don't  hear the ringing.  When it connects,  I don't hear the person, but they can hear me.  When I am called I can hear the ring and I pick up, but I don't  hear the person.  When I rcv a call I hear the ring, but not the caller once I connect...the same when I use the bluetooth handsfree...have already checked the mute button(s) .  Any suggestions?

The first step to resolve issues with your phone should always be a battery pull.  That clears the phone of any nastiness that might have crept in and helps your phone get back to its old self again.  To do a battery pull, remove your battery while your phone is powered on then replace it.
