Hi
Can anyone help every time I try and open an attachment on my Bold 9000 I get the following error message?
More requests cannot be completed. Service book information not found.
These are not old messages and I have done a hard reset on my handset and downloaded service books, I have also forwarded the emails to my Blackberry 8900 and do not have any problems opening them so assume the problem is with my Bold 9000 - if anyone has and suggestions it would be appreciated?

this is likely not very helpful but I used to have this same issue and it auto-resolved over a period of a week
on my end, it had something to do with BES server and I could not open text files (with a .txt extension) but now I can
I asked our serveradmin and he claimed they had not done anything.
I did not install anything or change any settings with the exception that I setup "auto more" for email
