Can't pair via Bluetooth

Hello. I bought an auricle bluetooth Jabra but I don't manage to connect it with the BB Bold 9700.
I launched research bluetooth, it detects the audio device but impossible pairing.

Help me please.

To clarify, does the headset appear in your Bluetooth® connections screen? Are you getting any error messages?
